Shipping policy

 

I currently offer shipping to Canada, USA, Mexico, UK, Australia & New Zealand. More locations to come :)

Free shipping Canada wide when you spend $50+ CAD

Free shipping USA wide when you spend $85+ CAD (~$53 USD)

Each location has a flat rate shipping cost that is calculated at checkout. 

Note to USA customers: the price listed on original paintings includes the cost of a 50% tariff imposed on Canada. Thank you for your understanding and your support <3

Shipping Times:

Orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days throughout Canada and 4-7 business days to the United States once shipped. All other international orders may take up to 12 business days. Prints and stickers can be expected to be shipped within 1-3 business days. Original artwork can be expected to ship within 5-7 business days.

While most packages arrive within these timeframes, occasional carrier or customs delays may occur.

For international orders, please note that the buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, taxes or tariffs due.

Tracking information:

I aim to provide the most affordable shipping rate in order to keep costs down for the customer. Occasionally, this means your art prints and stickers may not contain tracking information. When tracking is available, an email containing your tracking information will be sent.

Orders containing original artwork will always have parcel insurance and tracking information. You will receive this by email.
