Refund policy

All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order or you did not receive your order, please contact me at monikamooreart@gmail.com as soon as possible. I will be happy to help!

ORIGINAL ARTWORK:

Each original painting is created by hand and is completely unique. I put a lot of care into safely packaging the artwork to prevent any damages during shipping. In the case of returning artwork, I cannot guarantee the same care is taken. Therefore, all original artwork cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED ORDERS:

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at monikamooreart@gmail.com with your name, order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. All original artwork shipments are fully insured so you will receive a full refund in the case of damage, providing you send photos of the damage. 

Any other order issues can be dealt with on a case by case basis. I am completely understanding of the fact that there are unique situations that don't fit in this policy. Please contact me for assistance, I will be happy to help!
